Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, exchanges, and after-delivery issues are handled at AivoraDolls.
Due to the hygienic nature of realistic silicone and TPE dolls, strict safety standards apply to all orders.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because each doll is handcrafted after an order is placed—and due to the intimate, hygienic nature of these products—all sales are final once production begins.
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Opened packages
  • Used dolls or accessories
  • Customer preference changes (“buyer’s remorse”)
  • Minor variations in makeup, color tone, softness, or handcrafted features
  • Damage caused by improper use, storage, or handling

These policies are standard across global manufacturers of life-size silicone and TPE dolls to ensure the highest hygiene and safety levels for all customers.

2. Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are possible only before production begins.

  • If production has not started: the order may be canceled (processing fee may apply).
  • If production is in progress: cancellation is no longer possible.
  • If the order has shipped: it cannot be altered, recalled, or refunded.

Production typically begins within 6–24 hours after payment is confirmed.

3. Manufacturing Defects

Every doll undergoes a full quality inspection before shipping.
If your doll arrives with a verifiable manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the entire doll and packaging
  • Close-up photos of the defect
  • Unboxing video (recommended for proof)
  • Order number and tracking information

Once approved, we will provide an appropriate solution such as:

  • Replacement parts (e.g., head, wig, eyes, accessories)
  • Repair guidance
  • Partial compensation depending on severity

Full replacements are offered only when defects are significant and cannot be repaired or compensated.

4. Damage During Transit

In the rare case of transit damage, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Provide:

  • Photos of the damaged box
  • Internal packaging
  • The damaged area on the doll

We will coordinate with the logistics provider and offer an appropriate resolution.
Failure to report transit damage within the required timeframe may limit available options.

5. Minor Variations & Non-Defects

The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Makeup color variations (hand-painted differences)
  • Slight asymmetry due to handcrafted molding
  • Skin tone variances under different lighting
  • Small wrinkles or texture differences in TPE material
  • Softness, firmness, or weight tolerance differences
  • Packaging indentation caused by compression (normal during shipping)

6. Refused Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

If a package is refused, returned due to missed delivery attempts, or shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer:

  • The order cannot be refunded
  • Reshipping fees will apply
  • Storage fees charged by the courier may apply

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct before checkout.

7. Custom & Personalized Orders

All dolls are considered custom orders.
Changes to makeup, body options, standing feet, skeleton type, and other features are produced specifically for each customer.
Therefore, custom orders cannot be refunded or returned once production begins.

8. Hygiene & Safety Regulations

International hygiene standards prohibit the restocking or reselling of used or opened adult products.
This rule exists to:

  • Protect customer health
  • Prevent cross-contamination
  • Maintain product integrity

For these reasons, we are legally unable to accept returns once the product has left our facility.
