Discreet Packaging & Private Delivery

AivoraDolls prepares orders with privacy-conscious exterior packaging and protective internal support. The aim is to avoid unnecessary product visibility while meeting carrier, customs, safety, and import requirements.

Discreet packaging reduces obvious exterior identification; it does not make a shipment invisible. Carriers, customs authorities, security personnel, and legally required documentation may still identify, inspect, scan, or describe the shipment as part of normal delivery and import procedures.

Exterior: plain packaging without product photographs or promotional graphics.

Label: neutral commercial presentation where permitted, with all legally required information.

Interior: protective support intended to reduce movement and pressure during transit.

Important: package size, weight, customs records, carrier handling, and inspection cannot be hidden or guaranteed private.

What Discreet Packaging Does—and Does Not—Mean

Packaging element What customers can generally expect Important limitation
Outer box No product images, promotional graphics, or obvious retail display packaging Size and weight may indicate that the parcel contains a large item
Sender information Neutral commercial presentation where operationally and legally permitted The carrier may require the shipper’s legal or registered information
Shipping label No unnecessary promotional product wording Name, address, tracking, routing, weight, and other required data remain visible
Customs documents Prepared with privacy in mind while following import and export requirements Descriptions, values, classification, and inspection must remain legally compliant
Internal packaging Protective cushioning and positioning appropriate to the order Customs or security authorities may open and reseal a parcel
Final delivery Standard carrier handoff using the available service for the destination Reception staff, household members, or neighbors may see or temporarily receive the parcel

Plain Exterior Packaging

Orders are prepared in plain outer packaging intended for normal commercial transit. The exterior does not use product photographs, advertising graphics, or prominent product branding designed to reveal the contents.

Discretion should not be confused with unusually concealed packaging. A standard commercial appearance is often less noticeable during sorting, reception, and delivery. However, large products require appropriately sized and reinforced packaging, and the dimensions or weight cannot be disguised.

Packaging materials and box format may vary according to model, accessories, destination, carrier rules, and shipment protection requirements. Customers who need the approximate packed dimensions or weight should request that information before ordering.

Shipping Labels and Customs Documentation

Shipping labels are prepared without unnecessary promotional wording. They still contain the information required by the carrier, which may include recipient and sender details, tracking codes, routing information, parcel weight, and service references.

International orders require accurate customs and transport documentation. AivoraDolls cannot promise a false description, false value, prohibited classification, or exemption from inspection. Customs authorities may scan, open, photograph, or reseal a parcel according to destination-country rules.

Neutral packaging does not prevent carrier databases, customs systems, payment providers, or authorities from holding transaction and shipment information. Customers should review the Privacy & Collector Discretion page for information-handling practices.

Protective Internal Packaging

Privacy should not reduce physical protection. Silicone and TPE dolls can be heavy and contain pressure-sensitive surfaces, joints, fingers, facial features, and accessories. Internal packaging is intended to limit movement and distribute pressure during ordinary transit.

Protection may include cushioning, wrapping, positioning supports, accessory separation, and reinforcement selected for the specific order. Packaging cannot eliminate every risk created by carrier mishandling, customs inspection, extreme conditions, or transportation incidents.

When the parcel arrives:

  1. Inspect the exterior before opening.
  2. Photograph dents, tears, punctures, water exposure, or signs of resealing.
  3. Open carefully without cutting deeply into the box.
  4. Check the product and accessories against the order.
  5. Keep the packaging and contact support promptly if damage or missing items are found.

Damage-reporting deadlines and available resolutions should be confirmed in the applicable order and support policies.

Delivery to Apartments and Shared Spaces

Plain packaging can reduce obvious exterior identification, but it cannot control who receives or sees a parcel after the carrier reaches the destination. Front desks, parcel rooms, household members, building staff, pickup locations, or neighbors may handle it according to local carrier practices.

Before ordering, consider:

  • Whether the building accepts large or heavy parcels
  • Whether a signature or appointment is required
  • Whether the carrier offers a pickup point, hold-for-collection, or delivery-management option
  • Whether the recipient can be present during the expected delivery window
  • Whether stairs, elevators, doorways, and private storage can accommodate the parcel

Available delivery controls vary by carrier and destination. Do not assume that a requested delivery time, pickup point, call-before-delivery service, or special instruction is guaranteed until the carrier confirms it.

Packaging Privacy Is Separate From Payment Privacy

Discreet packaging describes the physical shipment. It does not determine how a transaction appears in online banking, card statements, payment-provider records, order emails, tracking messages, browser history, or account notifications.

Before paying, review the available payment information and ask support about the expected billing descriptor if that detail is important. Banks and payment providers may display information according to their own systems.

Questions to Confirm Before Ordering

  • What are the approximate packed dimensions and weight?
  • Which carrier or delivery method is expected for my destination?
  • Is a signature, appointment, or telephone confirmation normally required?
  • Are pickup-point or hold-for-collection services available?
  • What sender information may appear on the label?
  • What customs information is required for my country?
  • Who is responsible for duties, import restrictions, or customs delays?
  • What should I do if the exterior packaging arrives damaged or opened?

FAQ About Discreet Packaging

Does the outside of the box show product images?

The outer packaging is prepared without product photographs or promotional graphics. Required shipping and customs labels remain present.

Will the sender name be completely anonymous?

Neutral commercial presentation may be used where permitted, but carriers and customs authorities can require legal shipper information. Confirm order-specific expectations with support.

Can customs identify or inspect the contents?

Yes. International shipments may be documented, scanned, opened, inspected, or resealed according to law and customs procedures. Discreet packaging does not bypass these requirements.

Can delivery staff or reception see what is inside?

The exterior is designed to avoid obvious product identification, but no retailer can guarantee what a carrier, customs officer, security team, or recipient infers or learns during handling.

Can I use a pickup point or schedule delivery?

Possibly, depending on parcel size, carrier, and destination. Confirm availability before ordering and again with the carrier after tracking becomes active.

Does discreet packaging control the bank statement description?

No. Packaging and billing records are separate. Ask about the expected payment descriptor before completing checkout, and remember that banks may format transaction information differently.

What should I do if the box arrives damaged or opened?

Photograph the unopened parcel, label, and affected areas; retain all packaging; inspect the contents carefully; and contact support promptly under the applicable damage-reporting procedure.
